Tutmanik (Cheese bread)

Very fast, easy and delicious breakfast!

Ingredients:

2 cups warm water

3 cups soft flour

1 tbsp dry yest

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 cup crumbled Feta cheese

1 and 2/3 cups shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella (for the dough)

1/3 cup Cheddar or Mozzarella for sprinkling on the top

a little bit butter for the muffin cups

(1 cup = 250 ml)

Preparation:

Mix everything with spoon, cover with kitchen towel and let it rise for 15-20 min. Oil 12 muffin molds and put a small piece of butter in each one. Fill the muffin molds with a dough about 2/3 of their volume. Sprinkle some mozzarella on the top. Let it rise again for 10-15 minutes and bake them in preheated oven on 360 F to golden color.
Serve worm with yogurt.
